Also, if you are the editor of a periodical, please bring 6–10 copies of the most recent issue to sell at the bookstore on consignment.

General Information Form

Please access the online form and submit it by 5 p.m. on May 25.

In order to complete the form, you should have ready at hand:

  • Short Bio of 75 to 100 words. (Please include some details about the kind of writing that interests you and /or the names of some of the authors you have worked with.)
  • Photo
  • If you’ve written a book and would like to make some available in the store, please contact the Bread Loaf office regarding selling copies on consignment
  • License plate number if driving to Bread Loaf
  • Travel plans, if known
