Harassment and Discrimination Prevention

Middlebury is transitioning to a new training provider and though faculty went through the training over the winter when the former video was available, access to the new Harassment and Discrimination Prevention training will not be ready in time to share it before the conference. We apologize for the change in the plans around this.

As noted in the Bread Loaf Handbook, we ask that participants, faculty, and staff familiarize themselves with the Middlebury and Bread Loaf Writers’ Conferences policies concerning community health, safety, and responsibility. All are responsible for knowing and understanding the Middlebury and Bread Loaf Policies. Should you have any questions at any time, please do not hesitate to contact one of the following Bread Loaf staff members or one of the Middlebury College contacts noted in the policy information linked to above.

Please note that Assistant Director Lauren Francis-Sharma is serving as this year’s Diversity Liaison.
