Rick Greene '75 started his career at Middlebury in the Admissions Office before moving over to College Advancement. He served in several positions within the Annual Fund Office before joining the initial team of the Special Gifts Office.

In the spring of 2008, Rick moved to his current position as a Leadership Gifts Officer covering the coastal states from Maryland to Florida, the Gulf coast states, Tennessee and the Pacific Northwest and Washington, DC. Rick is also the College Advancement liaison to the Center for Education in Action.

Rick is an avid woodworker having built his own house with wife Karen '76 in the late 70's on orchard property in Cornwall, VT. Additionally, he enjoys tennis, boating and reading as well as time on Lake George. They have 3 grown children, Patrick, Molly and Claire.
