What do I need to know about Non-College Catering?

Caterers-Full Service Food and Alcohol

This option is the same as the food only option below but includes the opportunity to serve alcohol under a catering license. All laws of the state are to be understood and followed by the caterer. Minimum notice of 21 days for alcohol events is required.

Caterers-Full Service Food Only

This option is full service catering.  Businesses in this category will cover cooking, serving, and cleaning up after service.  The pricing of their events covers all services and thus will be higher than the Pick-up or Drop Off options.

Caterers-Drop Off

This option is for those departments needing food for a function but do not want to chase around town picking up the supplies.  Businesses in this category have priced the food products/supplies to cover the cost of products and delivery.  Prices do not include setup or pick up.  If there are service pieces that need to be claimed, it is up to the event planner to coordinate with the service provider.

Caterers-Pick-up

This option is for you to call people who will accept a purchasing card, provide you with platters and other food options for your event. You, the event planner, are required to provide delivery, set up, and break down of these kinds of functions unless otherwise arranged.
