Diana Rodriguez is not your typical Middlebury alumna. With an impressive career in the entertainment industry, she has carved her path from Middlebury to Los Angeles, where she currently resides. As a Senior Manager of Global Marketing Partnerships at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Diana plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative design of global brand integrations and partnerships in support of Sony Pictures’ worldwide theatrical releases.

In her role, Diana specializes in creating mutually beneficial alliances between the film industry and consumer brands. Her work involves creating mutually beneficial alliances between the film industry and consumer brands to cultivate a creative connection between consumer, content, and brand.

Before joining Sony Pictures Entertainment, Diana worked at Paramount Pictures and Universal Pictures. Her contributions to International Marketing Partnerships at these studios allowed her to leave her mark on major franchises like Despicable Me, Jurassic World, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Top Gun Maverick. Diana’s journey in the entertainment world began at William Morris Entertainment (WME), where she embarked on her career path.

Today, Diana works with Fortune 500 brands like Nike, Hyundai, Burger King, Nissan, Fortnite. Past projects include Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and Jordan, a fusion of cinema and sneaker culture that resonated with fans worldwide, and Bullet Train x Tumi, a collaboration that integrated the brand’s product into film to create a 360-marketing campaign. Other projects in the gaming world include Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse skins and accessories in Fortnite and Spider-Man: No Way Home integration into PUBG Mobile.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies here at Middlebury.
