Jason Duquette-Hoffman thrives on building connections that support the well-being of people and vibrant, engaged communities. Jason has been working with college and graduate students for over a decade to find meaning, build skills and advance knowledge through service learning opportunities and in the classroom in both the public and private sectors.

Jason’s work at the Center for Community Engagement is centered on supporting the Privilege and Poverty academic cluster and service learning experiences, as well as advising the student Charter House Coalition, MiddVote and Friends of John Graham groups. Jason also leads the CCE’s democracy and civic engagement initiatives.

Growing up on a mountainside in the Mad River Valley, Jason continues to nurture his lifelong love of Vermont and its people, communities and landscape. An avid outdoors enthusiast, Jason can be found roaming the mountains, lakes and trails of the state with his family, and coaching young skiers on the slopes of the Middlebury Snow Bowl.
