Hello! My name is Bridget Brownrigg. I use she/her pronouns. I have moved five times in my life, the most recent being from New Mexico. I was born in New Mexico, then moved to Texas, then to Mexico, then back to Texas, and then once again to New Mexico before moving up to Vermont. I have an adventurous and curious spirit!
While I was living in Texas for the second time around in 2019, I attended a college called McMurry University for my bachelor’s degree in general psychology with minors in sociology and interfaith. Once I graduated, I took a gap year to recharge and earn money before pursuing a graduate degree.
Now, I am currently at the University of Vermont studying clinical mental health counseling. I hope to become a licensed therapist who works with trauma and body processing for young adults.
When I am not at school, I am crafting, binge watching a show with my best friends, baking, or going on some kind of outdoor adventure when the weather is nice! Since moving to Vermont and living here for over a year, I have realized the importance of enjoying the sunny days as much as possible.
