Our model emphasizes a flexible, student-centered approach to short-term counseling, supporting students with transitional, developmental, and interpersonal challenges. For more complex or long-term needs, we assist students with referrals and provide a warm transfer to external providers when necessary.

The Internship Program

The internship program offers a close-knit, supportive environment within a small cohort of four interns. This intimate group structure provides interns with a unique opportunity to connect and grow alongside each other as they navigate the challenges and rewards of clinical practice.

Supported by a team of dedicated licensed professionals, interns receive comprehensive supervision and mentorship. In addition to hands-on experience, interns participate in a specialized seminar designed for emerging therapists, focusing on resilience, self-care, and the development of a strong, authentic therapist identity. This seminar, combined with the supportive cohort model, fosters a sense of community and shared growth.

The in-depth clinical supervision creates a rich foundation for each intern’s early professional journey.
