Come learn alongside “scythe sisters” and competitive hand-mowing teachers Michaela Stickney ’84 and Danielle Rougeau. Connect with this ancient knowledge that will strengthen your core muscles and deepen your roots with the earth. It’s addictive—and a great approach to “re-wilding” habitats. Swing-snath, steel-sing, stone-hone, hammer-peen, and sip some switchel. Please sign up in advance at go.middlebury.edu/scythe.
