Working on Handshake to search for opportunities, set queries, what to look for 2. Using MiddConnect in the Midd2Midd platform to find alumni to speak with re: career roles and what it’s like working in select employers 3.

    Trauma Work and Self Care with Dr. Meagan Corrado

    Participants in this zoom training session will learn about compassion satisfaction, compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, vicarious trauma, and burnout. Participants are exposed to various self-care strategies including body awareness, mental imagery, self-understanding, self-talk, creative play, supervision and peer support, arrangement of the physical work space, and boundaries. This training includes reflective exercises, guided activities, and didactic material.
