    Bring damaged jackets, bags, or other outdoor gear to Gifford Lawn for free professional repairs from Maine GearShare. Attendees can observe the repair process, learn which fixes are most effective, and connect with student groups focused on outdoor access and sustainability. This event is open to everyone and encourages reducing waste through reuse and repair.

  • Bread Loaf School of English Open House

    Stop by the Humanities House for snacks and to learn more about opportunities for summer graduate study at the Bread Loaf School of English. Middlebury juniors can apply to attend in the summer prior to their senior years to earn two units of credit towards their undergraduate degrees, to get a head start on an MA in English, or for valuable writing preparation for a humanities-based senior thesis or PhD writing sample. Bread Loaf dean Emily Bartels and director of admissions Dana Olsen MA ’18 will be on hand to answer your questions.
