Awkward Robot’s Instruction Manual For Dating Other Awkward Robots by Matthew Weaver is a new play that will be presented in a staged reading directed by Beck Barsanti and performed by Maggie Blake (23) and Hannah Alberti (26). A-19 is an Awkward Robot. The Toastburn Company lost the instruction manual for Awkward Robots. A-19 is good at awkwarding anyway. A natural. Gifted. Described as spiritual, joyful, powerful, and raucous, Shape Note (or Sacred Harp) singing is a traditional American style of four-part, a capella, community singing popular in the United States before the Civil War. This style still thrives across the US and in the UK, with strongholds in the American South and New England.
