    • Incorporate self-care and compassion through exploration of different mindfulness techniques to create happiness and joy.

    Crossfit Middlebury hosts 1 hour workouts open to all students. Crossfit is “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” — a mix of gymnastics, weightlifing, and cardio.   • Golden Kamuy Screening

    Join the J-Club as we present the anime screening, “Golden Kamuy” where Russo-Japanese veteran, Saichi Sugimoto is on a mission to locate the treasure of an indigenous group of Japan called the Ainu. Screenings will be focusing on Ainu culture, language, traditions, and provide history of the Ainu people living in Japan.

    Join us for on the upper balcony of the Crest Room in McCullough for a chance to unwind, connect with people and enjoy homemade cookies and hot drinks.  We will have all our usual arts and crafts materials available, as well as some epic jigsaw puzzles to work on.  All are welcome for any or all of the time.  Sponsored by the Scott Center for Spiritual and Religious Life.

    Model United Nations is a dynamic platform that simulates the workings of the United Nations, offering students a unique opportunity to engage in diplomatic discourse, negotiation, and problem-solving. MUN aims to enhance participants’ understanding of global issues, improve their public speaking and negotiation skills, and foster a spirit of collaboration and international cooperation
