  • Autumn of Appetite

    Come join J-Club at the AFC for the Autumn of Appetite Traditional desert event!!

    We will be cooking Yakiimo, baked sweet potatoes, Taiyaki, a lovely and fun Japanese desert, and Ringoame, a Japanese take on the Candy apple. We will also be watching Midnight Diner while we engage in the lovely fall festivities.

    RSVP Required and will be sent out to all those on the J-Club email list!

    Come to our first annual Hirschfield Fright Night!

    Pizza, popcorn and candy will be provided at 4:30.
    Costumes are highly encouraged.

    A play by Lia Romeo directed by Michole Biancosino.
    Anna is a famous and fabulous Instagram influencer. Jennifer is her drab best friend. But Jennifer is the one who’s been writing all of Anna’s content, while Anna spirals into addiction and out of control. And now Jennifer’s the one who’s writing this play. A story about telling stories… and about how to live our lives when we live our lives online.

    Performances: October 26 - 28, 7:30 pm each evening and 2 pm on Saturday. Please join us for a lively post-show talk back and discussion following the Friday evening performance.

  • Therapeutic Massage

    It is our pleasure to welcome Coco Saelim to Ralph Myhre to provide an exclusive opportunity to our members and golfing community. Coco will be providing Therapeutic Massage Treatments on Sundays and Mondays Ralph Myhre in the weeks ahead.

    Coco Saelim is a native of Bangkok Thailand, where she studied traditional Thai massage at the Wat Pho Chtawan Traditional Thai Medical and Massage School, the world’s pre-eminent school of traditional Thai massage; as well as undertaking advanced training at The Shivagakomarpaj School of Thai Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand.

  • Power Yoga with Claire Quigley & Kate Dudley

    Claire and Kate will lead a 60-minute power yoga class. Students who take 8 classes are eligible to receive PE credit. Mats will be provided to those that need them.

    Mentors and their mentees will gather at the CCE to enjoy Halloween-themed activities, games, snacks, and desserts. Mentors and mentees are welcome to come join in on the fun, anytime between 1pm and 3pm!

  • CrossFit Class

    Crossfit Middlebury hosts 1 hour workouts open to all students. Crossfit is “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” — a mix of gymnastics, weightlifing, and cardio. Beginners welcome! Fall classes will meet in Nelson Half Dome, Tuesdays @ 5, Fridays @ 2. Follow our instagram for more information - @crossfitmiddlebury!

  • Special Olympics Walk

    This will be a chance to get outside and hopefully enjoy some nice fall weather. Our Special Olympics friends always show up with a contagious smile/energy that makes our time together even more enjoyable. Please wear comfortable shoes and make sure to check the weather and dress accordingly. Please arrive at the track parking lot by the soccer fields around 3:25. No prior experience needed, just show up with a smile and be ready to make some friends!

    We are a non-denominational and non-religious meditation group run by students. Prajna is a safe and welcoming space for all students who want to learn more about or practice mediation and mindfulness. At our meetings, you can expect guided meditations and other mindfulness practices, with breaks in between for conversation and chai. Prajna also hosts retreats throughout the year. All Prajna activities are open to anyone, regardless of experience!

At our meetings, you can expect guided meditations and other mindfulness practices, with breaks in between for conversation and chai. All Prajna activities are open to anyone, regardless of experience! Drop by weekly, or once a semester, as a way to recenter yourself and start the week on a positive note.
