Friday Intro Lifting Sessions
Come and join Uplift at our weekly intro lifting sessions on Fridays at 10am in the Fritz Family Balcony! The workouts are designed for all levels of experience with tutorials and options provided. We will be doing a mix of cardio and lifting with a focus on endurance, can’t wait to see you there!

Older Better Letters: Tokens of Love from Special Collections
In conjunction with the Middlebury Performing Arts Series’ presentation of Rachel Mars’ solo theatre show Your Sexts Are Sh*t: Older Better Letters, Middlebury College Special Collections offers an open house filled with objects of desire past and present. Stop by to view love letters, dance cards, crush lists, and other objects that showcase how Middlebury students express love and desire. Befriending Anxiety
Anxiety serves an important function, but our nervous system doesn’t always pick the right moment or know when to stop. Each week we will look at an approach to managing anxiety, such as mindfulness-based stress reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy or polyvagal theory. We will include exercises for settling down but also for staying alert, for when we want to feel calmer, but we have things to do.McCullough - Mitchell Green Lounge
