    Ski practice at Rikert Nordic Center includes casual skis, intervals, and time trials. We will drive in a college van and spend 1.5 hours skiing.

    • Exploration of values and personality traits using different inventory tools to explore possible pathways in career or life goals.
    • Incorporate self-care and compassion through exploration of different mindfulness techniques to create happiness and joy.

    Crossfit Middlebury hosts 1 hour workouts open to all students. Crossfit is “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” — a mix of gymnastics, weightlifing, and cardio.   • Golden Kamuy Screening

    Join the J-Club as we present the anime screening, “Golden Kamuy” where Russo-Japanese veteran, Saichi Sugimoto is on a mission to locate the treasure of an indigenous group of Japan called the Ainu. Screenings will be focusing on Ainu culture, language, traditions, and provide history of the Ainu people living in Japan.
