  • Uplift Workout in Fritz Balcony

    Uplift workout in Fritz Balcony! The space is reserved for Uplift members only so we can get moving and spend time as a group without the usual crowds of the main fitness center. The workout will be 1 hour long and consist of a combination of cardio and strength work. We will be providing suggestions of exercises to do in the circuit and guidance on timing, but you are welcome to come and use the space in any way that feels comfortable to you.

    It’s okay to mess up! Come to this session to explore your capacity to learn and develop. Build your understanding of neuroplasticity, the significance of your mindset, the role of self-talk, and how risk-taking and failure are critical to growth. This session will help you train your brain to embrace “failure” as a learning opportunity, while also planning ahead for potential obstacles and encouraging self-resiliency.
