This 2-hour interactive workshop will provide the framework for you and your organization to build up a solid, escalating campaign arc that will help your movement achieve its goals.     Student-Athletes of Color (SAOC) provides a safe space for Student-Athletes—Varsity and Club—who identify as Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) to celebrate their identity, its intersectionality and embrace the challenges that come with these individual identities. SAOC will utilize open-forum conversations, mindful workshops, and restorative group practices to facilitate dialogue about racial diversity and inclusion within the Athletic Department and the broader Middlebury College community.
