  • Mountain Club Pumpkin Tumble

    Join the Middlebury Mountain Club for the first day of Parents Weekend for the Pumpkin Tumble. We’ll decorate pumpkins and roll them down the hill to see who will win the grand pumpkin. Light refreshments served.

  • Johnson Renovation Tour

    Local architect and Middlebury professor John McLeod will lead a walk-through tour of the recently renovated Johnson Memorial Building. This is a great opportunity to see the changes, learn more about the design, ask questions, and hear from the architect about the renovation process.

    The tour will begin on the patio outside the main entrance at 4pm.

    Free 45-minute student-led indoor spin classes! These classes take place in the FIC building, room 127. Shoes and equipment are provided. Sign up for classes at go/youpower or using the MINDBODY app.

  • Fall Family Weekend Campus Tree Tour!

    Meet at the front porch of Franklin Environmental Center at Hillcrest to join the popular Fall Family Weekend Campus Tree Tour led by passionate Middlebury horticulturalist and tree expert Tim Parsons. Learn fun facts and hear stories about various trees around campus. Tim will also explain how he manages our rural Vermont campus as an urban forest.

    Everyone is welcome as we celebrate the beginning of Shabbat and Sukkot, the Jewish harvest holiday. We will begin with a lively prayer service from 5:30-6:30 pm, and continue with dinner until around 7:30 pm. Come for both or just one of these parts.

    Please note that some or all of the event may take place outside in the Sukkah (temporary booth) if the weather permits, so dress appropriately.

  • Fall Family Weekend Parent Welcome Center

    Check in or register for Fall Family Weekend here! Pick up a map and see a listing of what’s happening. Spend a minute walking around the tables set up with campus information, grab a drink and a snack, or stop by the Box Office to buy a ticket for tonight’s Performing Arts Series concert! Then head to main campus to hear President Patton’s talk or to the athletic fields to show your Panther pride!
