  • Collaborative Art Installation: Reflections on the Year

    Beginning April 7, Axinn Winter Garden

    All of us have struggled with grief and loss this past year, and all of us have grown and changed in ways we could not have imagined.  Sharing loss and changes can help you and others feel less alone.  We invite you to share your thoughts, poetry, photographs or art in this collaborative art installation by pinning them onto the lines located in the Winter Garden in Axinn.

  • Freestyle Figure Skating Session

    Come by Kenyon Arena to figure skate! Any level of skater is welcome to come and practice their skating moves. Free skates will be available to borrow for anyone who needs them, and we will always have someone on the ice able to help any beginners. Please fill out the form so we know how many people to expect for each session!

  • Hirschfield International Film Series: Identifying Features

    Official Selection for New Directors/New Films 2020. Sundance Film Festival 2020 - Winner for World Cinema Dramatic. Identifying Features tells the story of Magdalena, a mother who embarks on a journey in search of her son who disappeared en route to the US border. Traveling through the foreboding towns and landscapes of northern Mexico, she meets Miguel, a young man recently deported from the United States who is making his way home. In Spanish, North American Indian, and English with English Subtitles. (1 hour 35 minutes).

  • Snow Quidditch Practice

    Snow quidditch is a long standing Middlebury quidditch team tradition. At this practice we will teach you the basics of quidditch, teach some passing (following restrictions on distancing and number of people allowed to gather), and hang out! To allow for as many people to come as possible we will have two seperate sessions running simultaneously on different pitches (one on Battell Beach, one next to Forest). Reach out to quidditch@middlebury.edu if you have any questions!

    This is a drop-in group: come to as many sessions as you’d like. No commitment needed, but you will need to email Brian Tobin for the Zoom link (bstobin@middlebury.edu).
