Elkhorn Slough Public Planting Day

Help restore critical salt marsh habitat in the Elkhorn Slough with the Wetlands Club! Participants will explore the Hester Marsh restoration project with the Reserve’s Stewardship team, and plant native salt marsh plants. Naturalists will be on hand to point out salt marsh wildlife and loan binoculars. Gloves, tools, and light snacks will be provided.

Dr. Zachary Davis -- Strategic Latency, Red, White, and Blue

Dr. Zachary Davis will be giving a talk to the Middlebury students and staff entitled, “Strategic Latency Red, White and Blue: Managing the National and International Security Consequences of Disruptive Technologies.” Dr. Davis is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and a Research Professor at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, where he teaches courses on counterproliferation.
