She’ll cover navigating the application process on USA jobs, for both jobs and internships, and explore how to apply your interest and skills to make a difference. Clare Ribando Seelke is a Specialist in Latin American Affairs at the CRS, the research arm of the Library of Congress in D.C. She came to CRS as a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF) and completed rotations with the State Department in the Dominican Republic and with the U.S.
