Telling someone you appreciate them is year-round. Stop by the Health & Wellness Education table to write a note, letter, or affirmation to someone you care about. Practicing gratitude has been shown as a stress relieving activity - win, win!

Be Our Valentine! Join Health and Wellness Education and Residential Life for an afternoon celebrating all the different types of relationships we have in our lives.  

Join the SPECS educators for snacks and pizza at a screening for Sex Lives of College Girls, season 2! We’ll also have a few raffles and it’ll be so much fun!

Come de-stress with free paint supplies and tasty beverages.

The purpose of the event will be for students to be able to self identify what is stressing them out and find stress management skills that will help them specifically cope with their stress. Students will be making beaded stretch bracelets. The different colors will signify different coping mechanisms to overcome stress that will work specifically for them. They will anonymously first write down everything that is stressing them out as much or little as they’d like, and it will be put to the side.

Come fill a bag with self-care supplies to help you unwind while studying. Supplies will be provided to decorate your self-care bag!

We will move to the Library Vestibule in case of inclement weather.
