April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The Office of Student Services and the Monterey Country Rape Crisis Center are sponsoring a Denim Day Selfie Station to help create awareness about sexual assault. We ask everyone to wear DENIM on this day and to stop by the table at the Samson Center Patio between 11am-3pm to take a photo in support of survivors of sexual assault. Join us as Myanmar Parliament leader “Shwe Maung” comes to MIIS and speaks about the process of democratization Myanmar is experiencing and what it means for the Muslim community.
