Learn About SPP 2021

We are excited to announce our sixth Summer Peacebuilding Program (SPP), a six-week long intensive training program designed to bridge the theory and practice of building peace. Learn more about the Summer Peacebuilding Program and the certificate.

In 2020, the global reckoning on race, the pandemic and related economic crisis, led to violence in many nations worldwide. These tensions and our responses to them, brought to the forefront the historical nature of these conflicts and how deeply rooted they are in imbalanced structures. SPP 2021 will focus on systemic violence and explore the role of peacebuilding when encountering structural conflicts.

The SPP is an intense program and the time commitment roughly translates to about 120 hours of work over six weeks.
