Attendance policy for Mentors:

We expect you to attend regularly scheduled afternoon training sessions. Makeup sessions are for mentors and tutors who have legitimate conflicts (sports practice, orchestra, job interview, or a lecture required for a class).  In advance of the regular session, please e-mail for permission to attend a makeup session.  Make-ups will be given only with permission and in advance for a valid reason. E-mail Melanie Haas for permission (mhaas@middlebury.edu). Melanie will consult with Mary Ellen Bertolini, and then let you know if you have permission to attend a makeup session with Melanie and/or Katie.
