Mandatory Student Meeting
A mandatory meeting for new presenters will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 6:30-7:30 pm in Bi Hall.
Oral presenters' meeting in MBH 216.
Poster presenters' meeting in MBH 220.

Digital Media Tutors are available in the Wilson Media Lab in the Davis Library during open lab hours or by appointment or Educational Technology Specialist Mack Roark (x2328 or mroark@middlebury.edu) can assist you with technology related to your poster.
Public Speaking Workshops

Director of Learning Resources, Yonna McShane, will offer interactive workshops which include practice and feedback on your oral presentation skills. Please sign up for a session as soon as possible by emailing Yonna mcshane@middlebury.edu
Oral Presentation Practice Sessions
A media tutor will be available between the two rooms to allow you to project your presentation on the screen and use the microphone to rehearse your presentation.
Monday, 4/15 - Bi Hall 219 6-8 pm

Deadlines
Final abstracts, titles and presenter's information are due Monday, April 1, 2013. No changes will be possible after that date since the information will be printed in the Symposium program. Email changes to uro@middlebury.edu.
Final Powerpoint presentations are due Monday, April 15, 2013. Email them to uro@middlebury.edu or bring a copy to the CTLR in Davis library to be uploaded so they can be saved to your presentation room computer.
Final posters must be printed by Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Drop off the printed poster to Cathy Ekstrom in Bi Hall 330 and then email a digital copy to uro@middlebury.edu or bring a copy to the CTLR in Davis library to be uploaded.
Tickets Symposium Day Lunch
Lunch tickets will be in the name tags picked up at check-in Friday morning.
