Marta is the Cultural Coordinator and language tutor at the School in Spain. Her primary responsibilities include organizing and coordinating student orientations, providing guidance on co-curricular activities, and editing the weekly magazine, MadLoCo. In this magazine, readers can explore various cultural recommendations the city offers and learn about curiosities from the Hispanic world. Before assuming her current role, Marta worked as a Spanish lecturer at Ursinus College in Pennsylvania, thanks to the Fulbright Program. During this time, she continued to grow both personally and professionally in a multicultural environment. Although she hails from Málaga, where she completed her undergraduate degree in English Studies, she later pursued her first master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language at Pablo de Olavide University in Seville. Later, following her passion in education, she earned a second master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language in Burgos.
