Adding Declining Balance

Students or parents who wish to add declining balance onto an ID card can visit:

To create an account, simply click “Register Now” and follow the prompts. Enter your student ID with the leading 00s, and your last name. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at or dial (802) 443.5346.

Lost Card

If a student has lost or misplaced a card, they can retrieve a new one from Public Safety. Once a new card has been acquired, please send an email to or call (802) 443.5346 and provide your name, ID number, and the 5-digit code on the back of the ID card.
