Verve Talent and Literary Agency Information Session
Join us for an engaging virtual information session exploring the dynamic world of Hollywood agencies, with a spotlight on Verve Talent and Literary Agency.
During this session, you will hear from three Middlebury graduates: Liz Parker, Head of Publishing, Noah Liebmiller, Motion Picture Agent, and Mikey Ford, Talent Assistant.
The session is designed to provide an insightful journey into the entertainment industry, showcasing the pivotal role agencies play in shaping careers and fostering creative endeavors.

Do the Right Thing is a thought-provoking film directed by Academy award winner, Spike Lee. It is touted as one of the most groundbreaking and culturally significant films of its time and centers around one inner city day in Brooklyn, NY where temperatures and racial tensions reach a boiling point. “You can do nothing, you can do something, or you can…Do the Right Thing.”

“The Intersection of Disability and Climate Change” by David Liebmann ‘91, 2021 Sustainability Fellow, Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Climate change is an existential threat. But for people living with a disability — an estimated 15% of the global population — the threat, compounded by discrimination, marginalization, and other pre-existing inequalities, is even greater. This colloquium will weave together personal and professional stories with a call to action that brings this challenge into focus.

Biology Seminar Series: Saul Speaker- Marjorie Weber
There is a tiny world on the surface of every leaf. A suite of amazing leaf traits, most of which are invisible to the naked eye, mediate interactions in a rich ecosystem of plant enemies and friends. This talk will unveil hidden life on the leaf and focus on an easily overlooked cooperative interaction between plants friendly mites. By highlighting the drama playing out on the leaves of common local trees, we will uncover the hidden secrets of the leaf surface.
