No Showers on Vacation plays the Mill
No Showers On Vacation is more than a band. It’s a group of people playing music together. Those people are Sam Lyons (drums), Alden Nichols (keys), Emmett Lurssen (guitar), Calvin Wuthrich (bass), and Pat Maley (saxophone). The music of NSOV is timely, and yet timeless. It is music whose time has come. That time is now.
Specifically, that time is October 22nd at 9pm. That place is the Mill. Be there or be missing out.The Mill Basement (98 South Main)

Concert by pianist Diana Fanning
The Middlebury College Music Department presents pianist Diana Fanning in a solo concert featuring Schubert’s monumental Sonata in A Major, D. 959. One of the outstanding piano works of the Romantic era, it is a dazzling masterpiece of imagination, virtuosity, and expressivity. Works by Chopin, Lili Boulanger, and Ravel complete the program, which Ms. Fanning performed in Paris last summer. “American pianist Diana Fanning transported her audience into a scenic paradise”—Süddeutsche Zeitung, Munich.
