    Crossfit Middlebury hosts 1 hour workouts open to all students. Crossfit is “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” — a mix of gymnastics, weightlifing, and cardio.     Open to the entirety of the Middlebury First Responders Club. We will hold trainings, informational sessions, and other activities for the club, learning and practicing skills on the topic of emergency medical services, firefighting, and general first response. Topics will vary from week to week.
