Faculty at Home: Clinton Cave
- Sponsored by:
- Alumni Engagement and Provost's Office
Please join Assistant Professor of Neuroscience Clinton Cave for a talk entitled “From One Cell to Two: Understanding neurodevelopment at the genetic level.”
Successful embryonic development depends on signaling between dividing cells called progenitors. My laboratory studies the signaling pathways used by progenitors in the nervous system. Using new genetic tools, our work aims to provide preclinical insights into the function of a family of signaling proteins called Glycerophosphodiester Phosphodiesterases (GDEs).
