Barbara Dill and Richard Smith speak about their paths in medicine and the different choices they’ve made along the way from medical school to residency and the rest of their professional careers. Dr. Dill is the Director of Labor & Delivery at Jacobi Medical Center, and Dr. Smith is the Chair of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.
