  • Maven Module Junior Cius

    Junior Cius is a dancer/choreographer residing in Boston, MA. He started training professionally with his first dance crew, Picture In Concrete (PIC) in 2013. In 2015, he established his own dance company “Crewenex”, dedicated to teaching students in Boston. A year later, he was selected to learn and perform works taught by some of the pop and hip-hop industries’ most successful choreographers, in the Monsters of Hip Hop dance show. Since then, Junior has traveled with these choreographers, assisting them in training other aspiring dancers.

  • Cross Cultural Community Engagement Grant Info Session

    Do you have an intercultural or international community-based project you would like to participate in over J-Term? Attend this drop-in information session to learn more about Cross Cultural Community Engagement Grants. The priority deadline for Winter break/J-Term experiences is Wednesday, December 1st. Grants support international community service, advocacy, and activism. The fund supports international service-learning and community-building internships and/or related volunteer service experiences for undergraduate students.

    “Approaches to Justice Across Academic Disciplines”

    Faculty representing each of the academic divisions at Middlebury discuss the topic of justice broadly defined. Through a dynamic and interactive roundtable conversation, the panel aims to highlight how different disciplines can offer unique perspectives while also cumulatively enriching the understanding of a given topic. Panelists will draw on their own research and on larger current developments in their respective fields to model a rigorously academic yet accessible discussion of an important broad topic of study.

    Come learn to play Quidditch! Quidditch is a coed, inclusive sport that combines elements of rugby and dodgeball with a unique twist. Practices are held several times a week on Battell Beach, come down and have fun with us! Masks will be required.
