  • Friday Intro Lifting Sessions

    Come and join Uplift at our weekly intro lifting sessions on Fridays at 10am in the Fritz Family Balcony! The workouts are designed for all levels of experience with tutorials and options provided. We will be doing a mix of cardio and lifting with a focus on endurance, can’t wait to see you there!

    *Fritz Family Balcony is located in the Athletic Center, overlooking the Virtue Field House.
