    Twelve-year-old Beans is on the edge: torn between innocent childhood and delinquent adolescence; forced to grow up fast to become the tough Mohawk warrior she needs to be during the Indigenous uprising known as The Oka Crisis, which tore Quebec and Canada apart for 78 tense days in the summer of 1990.   • Gidion's Knot

    Over the course of a parent-teacher conference, a grieving mother and an emotionally unsteady elementary school teacher have a volatile interaction about the tragic suicide of the mother’s son, Gidion. As his story is slowly uncovered, the women deal with feelings of guilt and shock, culminating in a conclusion that neither want to face.

    This project is the final performance of Ryan Kirby’s 500 Independent Project in Directing. Performed by Peyton Mader ‘24 and Sara Massey ‘23. Directed by Ryan Kirby ‘22. Tickets available at the box office or at go/knot.

  • MCMT Spring Musical Auditions

    Come audition for the Middlebury College Musical Theatre Club’s Spring production of “Big Fish”.
    Please prepare a 32-bar cut of your favorite musical theatre song.
    Big Fish revolves around the relationship between Bloom, a traveling salesperson, and their adult child, who looks for what is behind their parent’s tall stories.
    The show will rehearse in the Spring and be performed in April at the Town Hall Theatre.
