Paradiddles Auditions!!
Sign up to audition for The Middlebury Paradiddles, an a cappella group for women & nonbinary folks. No prior formal singing experience required, just prepare a verse and chorus of a song you love. Auditions will be 4:30-6:30 PM on Monday 9/8 and Tuesday 9/9, with callbacks on Wednesday evening. Sign up for a time slot at the link attached or the QR code on the poster, or just drop by! Korean Drumming
Mondays in September, come learn to play the Korean percussion genre samulnori. Samulnori blends traditional Korean rhythms into dynamic pieces using four Korean percussion instruments: janggu (hourglass drum), buk (barrel drum), jing (large gong), and ggwaenggwari (small gong). Participants will start by learning technique and basic rhythms and progress to more complex rhythms and sequences. No experience needed.
