    This Pre-Health Info Session on Tuesday, 9/17 from 7-7:45PM in MBH 220 with Hannah Benz and Mary Lothrop is designed to help prospective candidates determine when/how to be most competitive in the medical school application process.

    This session will emphasize AAMC competencies, how to articulate your ‘why,’ and strategies for identifying strong individual letters of recommendation.

  • Fire Extinguisher Hands On Training

    Ever wonder what it’s like to use an actual fire extinguisher or how an AED works? The Middlebury Environmental Health and Safety Department is sponsoring opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to handle and use these integral tools for the protection of life and property found all across campus. Stop by and fight a real fire or execute a successful intervention for a patient having a cardiac event.  Booths will be set up outside various dinning facilities on campus.

    All are invited to join Mountain Club and Middlebury Outdoor Programs leaders for a workshop with Middlebury Environmental Affairs Artist-in-Residence Carolyn Finney. We will dive into conversations about different relationships with the outdoors and how leaders can play a part in developing a more inclusive space.

    September 17 is Constitution Day. This day commemorates the September 17, 1787 signing of the United States Constitution. Join Middlebury College professors Murray Dry, Bert Johnson and Matt Dickinson, all faculty in the Political Science Department, to discuss American Constitutionalism. Sponsored by Professor Murray Dry and the Political Science Department, with support from CCI.
