  • FFW: Mid-Autumn Harvest Festival, Celebrating 20 years at the Knoll!

    The Knoll invites you to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Harvest Festival and its 20th Anniversary!

    We’ll celebrate the moon and the harvest with seasonal food, fun, activities, and performances featuring student musicians, Abenaki music and storytelling by Jesse and Joseph Bruchac, and a garlic planting work-song activity led by Bennett Konesni ‘04.5. Enjoy Knoll produce taste tests (fresh and prepared as kimchi and jeon), Chinese calligraphy and wushu, mooncake tastings, cider pressing, watercolor, collage, and more!

    The Middlebury College Rugby Club takes on Babson College in a crucial conference matchup at the Rugby Pitch for Fall Family Weekend!

  • Charter House Club Dinner

    Join the Charter House Club for our weekly Saturday dinner! This a great, low-commitment opportunity to engage with the off-campus community, explore volunteering within Middlebury, and learn more about homelessness in Vermont. We will meet at ADK where a student driver will take us to get some groceries and then to the Charter House Coalition to help out with their dinner.

  • Emerson String Quartet

    One of the world’s finest chamber ensembles, nine-time Grammy winners, and longtime friends of our Performing Arts Series, the Emerson String Quartet visits our campus on their farewell tour. In this, their 33rd and final Middlebury appearance, they play quartets by Shostakovich and Ravel, Walker’s Lyric for Strings, and our Music Accord co-commission Drink the Wild Ayre by Sarah Kirkland Snider.

  • Therapeutic Massage

    It is our pleasure to welcome Coco Saelim to Ralph Myhre to provide an exclusive opportunity to our members and golfing community. Coco will be providing Therapeutic Massage Treatments on Sundays and Mondays Ralph Myhre in the weeks ahead.

    Coco Saelim is a native of Bangkok Thailand, where she studied traditional Thai massage at the Wat Pho Chtawan Traditional Thai Medical and Massage School, the world’s pre-eminent school of traditional Thai massage; as well as undertaking advanced training at The Shivagakomarpaj School of Thai Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand.

    We continue the celebration of Sukkot and Fall Family Weekend with a Hillel Bagel Brunch. All are welcome (with or without your family) to come share bagels and a full spread of toppings, with time to meet other students and families. If the weather permits we may convene outside in the Sukkah, so please dress appropriately.

  • Marathon Reading of Vergil's Aeneid

    We will be reading Vergil’s Aeneid, if you are interested in participating (we’re using an English translation, no prior knowledge of the text or Latin is necessary) please contact Trish Dougherty. If you’d like to just stop by and listen for a while everyone is welcome.

    We’re delighted to release our community sourced book filled with memories, photos, art, and poetry submitted by 60+ alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends. Light refreshments provided, followed by a short program and readings from contributors.

  • Power Yoga with Claire Quigley & Kate Dudley

    Claire and Kate will lead a 60-minute power yoga class. Students who take 8 classes are eligible to receive PE credit. Mats will be provided to those that need them.
