    Please join Charles A. Dana Professor of Political Science Murray Dry for a talk entitled “The Presidency and the Constitution: The Founders’ Views and the State of the Office and its Powers Today.” Talk Description: This talk takes its points of departure from two books on the American presidency that were published in 2020. The first is “After Trump: Reconstructing the Presidency”, by Bob Bauer and Jack Goldsmith. The authors provided a roadmap for reform of the presidency in the post-Trump era.

    Beginning/Intermediate BALLET with Barbara Doyle-Wilch

    Ballet returns to the Dance Department this fall. Classical Ballet technique in traditional ballet class structure.
    No pointe shoes, please.
    Each session is open to a maximum of 20 participants.
    PE credit is available for attendance at 8 classes. Previous dance experience in any form is recommended.

    Crossfit Middlebury hosts 1 hour workouts open to all students. Crossfit is “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” — a mix of gymnastics, weightlifing, and cardio.     For Southeast Asian Society’s (SEAS) inaugural event, we are hosting a potluck to welcome our new and current members into the 23-24 school year in Carr Hall.
