Drop in to workshop your application with Presidential Fellows in Innovation Naila Jahan ‘15 and Michael Dola ‘15, who will be going over app basics as well as strengths and weaknesses, and will be available to provide feedback on your draft proposal. Emerge Vermont Workshop: Women in Politics

Emerge Vermont is the premier training program for Democratic women interested in running for office. Emerge recruits, trains, and inspires women to run for office, and creates a powerful network to support them in their efforts. Founded in 2013 by former Governor Madeleine Kunin and a group of women in politics, Emerge Vermont has trained over 50 women to run for office. The organization is part of a national network with affiliates in 17 states that have trained over 2,000 women to run for office.

Eliminating Waste Through Sustainable Entrepreneurship

Sarah Kaeck is a local Vermont entrepreneur, gardener, and mother who has developed a sustainable alternative to plastic wrap using beeswax. She is coming to Midd to share her story of developing a new business and to answer YOUR questions about entrepreneurship, life, and managing a growing company.
