Sunday Service

We will be hosting a Sunday morning service “From Harlem To Heaven!” led by Midd community leader Francois Clemmons. We will come together in celebration and reverence of how far we have come as a Black community in America and to celebrate the triumphs of those who came before us. While this service will have some Christian pieces involved, this is mainly a cultural celebration and is open to Black, other POC, and allies of the Black community.

This event is open to all students, faculty, staff, and Middlebury community members.

Wakeful Wednesdays

Join Spiritual and Religious Life Dean Mark R. Orten for 20 minutes of quiet contemplation with reading and music for our times. Intentional silence and guided meditation will be interspersed with music and readings from secular worldviews and sacred traditions to open our awareness and to find strength and perspective for living during personal, political, racial, ecological and other upheavals.
