Greg Conrad

Greg Conrad is a Strategic Advisor to MiddCORE, Middlebury College’s Innovation and Leadership program. Greg works closely with the Director in this role to shape the program’s vision, contributing to curriculum design and bringing together founders, investors, and senior executives to enrich the student experience. Greg helps bridge the gap between academia and real-world innovation through interactive case studies, startup coaching, and corporate innovation projects.

Greg, a Middlebury College alum with a B.A. in Psychology, was first introduced to MiddCORE’s transformative power as a student in 2015. This experience remains one of the most impactful moments of his academic journey.

Alongside his advisory role, Greg has a full-time position in Business Development at VibeIQ, where he works with retail and apparel brands to accelerate go-to-market timelines through an intelligent product creation platform. His work is informed by mentorship from the Venture Guides ecosystem in Boston.

Before returning to Vermont in 2019, Greg pursued professional soccer in Iceland and Germany and has since supported Middlebury’s nationally-ranked soccer team. Greg has held several leadership roles across different sectors, including as a VC scout and social entrepreneur.
