The Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is in the process of creating a five-year strategic plan. Our plan is to map out goals, strategies, and timelines and to maintain transparency moving forward in terms of our progress toward achieving those goals.

While we have not yet completed our strategic plan for diversity, equity and inclusion, there are a number of recommendations that we will be building on that are outlined at the end of the 2019 Campus Climate Study report.
