Over the summer and early fall, our search consultants at Isaacson, Miller met with faculty, staff, students, trustees, alumni, and the presidential search committee to gain a deep understanding of Middlebury, the opportunities and challenges facing our next president, and the qualities and experience we are seeking in candidates for the position.
