2026 Perkins Award for Excellence in Teaching Recipient Announced

Allison Jacobel, Assistant Professor of Assistant Professor of Earth and Climate Sciences, has received the 2026 Perkins Award for Excellence in Teaching.
The Perkins Award is given annually to a member of the Middlebury College Natural Sciences Division, alternating each year between mathematics and other departments in the sciences, and honors outstanding performance as a teacher.
To congratulate Allison and honor her accomplishments, a ceremony and reception will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 4:30 PM in McCardell Bicentennial Hall 104.
