Watson/Fulbright Fellowship Information Session
Tuesday, 2/18, 4:30 pm, Davis Library Rm 201
The Watson Fellowship provides funding to pursue an international, multi-country independent, self-designed project following graduation. Students graduating in Feb or May 2026 are eligible for this application cycle. All citizenships eligible! Fulbright grants provide nine months of funding for graduate study, independent research, or English teaching assistant positions in over 140 countries. Must be a US citizen or US national to apply. UK Graduate Study and Fellowship Information Session

If you have considered applying to graduate school in the UK, join Dean Lisa Gates to learn about degree types, application processes, and funding opportunities. You’ll also learn about the application process for competitive fellowships including the Churchill (STEM), Gates-Cambridge, Marshall, Rhodes, and St. Andrews scholarships. Most UK fellowships require nomination from Middlebury. For the fall 2025 application cycle, the nomination application deadline is April 4, 2025. If you are considering applying for one of these fellowships in the fall, you must apply for nomination by this date in MiddApply! go/uk
Spring Student Symposium
Every Spring, Middlebury takes a whole day off from class to celebrate student learning symposium-style. You are invited to share your research and creative works with the Middlebury community on April 11. All class years and all disciplines may participate. If you are proud of a project you have completed or that is nearing completion, consider sharing your learning with your peers as well as supportive faculty and staff. Applications are due by Wednesday, February 26 at 11:59 pm. go/sym

Middlebury-Vermont Law School Scholarship
Full tuition for JD and/or Master’s of Environmental Law and Policy (MELP) programs. Open to seniors and alumni accepted to VLS. Nomination applications due late Feb. go/vls
Kellogg Research Fellowship
This funding supports senior work in Humanities and areas of humanistic inquiry. Each fellowship award of $5,000 supports research expenses and academic travel for senior work to be completed in the 2025-26 academic year. Kellogg applications are due March 1. go/kellogg
Senior Research Funding (SRPS, Hoskin, Padma Desai funds) for 2025-2026
Students can apply for up to $1,200 for SRPS and $3,000 for Hoskin or Padma Desai funding-eligible projects. SRPS applications for $350 or less are reviewed on a rolling basis. See go/srps for application instructions and go/hoskin or go/padmadesai for additional information. Future deadlines for 2025-2026 senior work are April 15 and October 1, 2025 and January 24, 2026.
