Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy
Payment Schedule
- The Workshop Leader and Directory Form serves as a confirmation form.
- In early July an Invoice Email is mailed to those who have a balance due to the College.
- The balance of fees is due in late July (the due date will be included in the forthcoming Invoice Email).
Payment Methods
Available with Invoice Email in early July
- Pay online by card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted).
- Send a check by regular mail to the Middlebury College cashier’s office.
- Those with an international bank account who wish to pay by WIRE contact Noreen at ncargill@middlebury.edu for more details.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellation received by July 27, participant receives a refund for any payments made minus a $300 registration fee.
- For cancellation received on July 28 or later, participant receives a refund for any payments made minus $800. In addition to forfeiting the $300 registration fee, the student is assessed a withdrawal fee of $500 because a place was reserved for the student.
- No refund of fees will be made for participants who must leave the conference early.
