David graduated from Bowdoin in 1997 and is currently the Senior Advisor to Governor Patrick on Policy and Strategic Planning. Among previous David’s previous posts are: Senior Advisor to Massachusetts State Senate President Robert Travaligni; Advisor to the Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives on healthcare policy and finance; and Budget Analyst for the House of Representatives' Committee on Ways and Means.
